Judith - North East

Thirteen years experience as a Market Research interviewer, having worked for a variety of companies. For the last four years, Deputy Supervisor, assisting in providing fieldwork support in North East England and Cumbria for a large number of clients. Personal experience of all aspects of interviewing, including executive, financial and medical projects, most of which have involved a ‘cold call’ approach.

Pauline - Midlands

35 years’ experience of interviewing including structured, semi-structured and depth interviews. Business interviews of all types - including financial interviews for banks, building societies and insurance companies. Social interviewing - mainly Government sponsored. Recruiting, training and supervising interviewer’s work.

Frank - Midlands

15 years’ experience of interviewing structured and depth interviews. Types of work: business interviewing including banks and financial institutions, level of satisfaction of business leaders with the banks; Agricultural interviewing with farmers and Veterinary practices; Recruiting for group meetings.

Jess – North West

22 years’ experience in market research covering all areas and types of research. Specialities: arranging and supervising projects throughout Scotland, business interviewing, depths and focus group recruitment; moderating focus groups. Attended the first ‘Training the Trainer’ workshop at the Market Research Society and since signed off as an accredited trainer for the MRS.

15 years’ Business to Business and Medical Market Research experience. ICQS trained. Based in Swansea, Wales.

Michael – London S.East

Worked for WBR since 1991. Previous employment has included: Lietenant Commander - Royal Navy, Industrial Relations Director - Chrysler, Chief Personnel Executive - Rank Hovis McDougall, Chief Executive - Federation of Bakers, Personnel Management Consultant. Long experience of Qualitative interviewing.

Sarah – London S.East

Worked for WBR since 1987. Sarah has been a professional interviewer since 1982 and her early career was in administration at the MOD. Sarah holds an MA (Honours) First Class in English Language and Literature.

Rachel – London S.East

Before embarking on a career in Market Research , Rachel gained wide experience as a Marketing Professional. Career positions included Marketing Director of the National History Musuem and Publishing Director at Reed International Plc. She holds a BA Honours degree from Exeter University and has been an executive interviewer at Westcombe for 2 years.

Julia - Wales/S.West

Worked in Market Research for 20 years with experience in many different spheres including supervising and training interviewers. She now works mainly in the executive and medical field and has experience of top level interviewing both semi-structured and full depth.

Sally – London S.East

Sally gained extensive experience of the travel industry in the Middle East and London before joining Westcombe some 3 years ago. She has experience of senior –level interviewing..

Margaret C - North East

Margaret has over 20 years experience in Market Research and has been a regional manager for one of the larger companies. She currently undertakes qualitative and quantitative interviewing mainly in the financial services and medical/pharmaceutical sectors.
